of life. To ensure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust
of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can
have full confidence in the nonprofit organizations and causes they
are asked to support, we declare that all donors have these rights.

Community Shares of Greater Milwaukee has officially committed
itself to upholding the "Standards of Conduct for Workplace Giving
Federations and Fund" developed by the National Alliance for Choice
in Giving. These are the highest standards to be found anywhere
in the field of workplace giving. Click

Integrity & Ethical Behavior Policy
This policy addresses the commitment of Community Shares of Greater
Milwaukee to integrity and ethical behavior by helping to foster
and maintain an environment where employees can act appropriately,
without fear and retaliation. Employees are strongly encouraged
to discuss with the executive director, other appropriate personnel,
or board president when in doubt about the best and ethical course
